Daily Commute and Airport Transportation have a $20 minimum for routes up to 10 miles. Routes over 10 miles are $2.15 per mile calculated from mile one. Dedicated Driver by the Hour is $65 per hour with a two-hour minimum.

A single ride is one local trip with an optional return. The weekly scheduler lets you arrange several days under one booking, with separate times and addresses for every first and return ride.

Daily Commute and Airport customers are typically sent a secure Square payment link after pickup. Dedicated Driver by the Hour requires advance payment and is not confirmed until payment is completed.

Yes. When you provide the airline and flight number for an airport pickup, we monitor the incoming flight and attempt to adjust the pickup for delays when driver and vehicle availability permits.

Yes. One scheduled stop is permitted per ride. The $7 stop fee includes up to 10 minutes, followed by $1 for each additional minute.

Standard notice is six hours. Urgent Airport requests may be offered when scheduling permits and include a $30 urgent-request surcharge.

The booking system checks the assigned driver and vehicle and includes travel lead time between the prior customer's drop-off and the next customer's pickup. The lead time is calculated at two minutes per Google route mile.

The current vehicles accommodate up to four passengers. Typical luggage capacity is four carry-ons with backpacks or two to three larger suitcases with backpacks, subject to safe fit.

No. Freedom Route provides professional private transportation, not chauffeur service. Drivers provide practical luggage assistance and customer-focused help while remaining responsible for the vehicle.
