Transportation bookings
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, route, passenger, luggage, date, and time information. A ride is scheduled only when the booking workflow confirms it. Driver, vehicle, route, and timing may be adjusted when reasonably necessary to provide the service.
Fares and payments
Displayed fares are estimates based on the submitted route and applicable pricing rules. Stops, waiting time, after-hours service, urgent requests, route changes, and other disclosed conditions may change the final amount. Payment is due according to the terms shown during booking or communicated for the ride. Driver-by-the-hour reservations require payment before confirmation and may be held for a limited time while payment is pending.
Changes and cancellations
Rescheduling is subject to driver and vehicle availability and is not guaranteed until confirmed. Cancellation, waiting-time, no-show, and dedicated-driver terms shown during booking apply to the reservation.
SMS program terms
Freedom Route Transportation offers optional transactional text-message updates for customers who request transportation. Messages may include booking confirmations, payment notices and secure payment links, driver and vehicle information, pickup and arrival updates, reminders, schedule changes, cancellations, completed-ride follow-ups, and customer-service responses.
