Information we collect
Freedom Route Transportation may collect information you provide when requesting or managing transportation, including your name, email address, telephone number, pickup and destination addresses, trip schedule, passenger and luggage details, flight information, payment status, and communications with us.
How we use information
We use customer information to calculate fares, schedule and provide transportation, assign drivers and vehicles, communicate ride updates, process or verify payments, respond to questions, maintain business records, improve service, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
Text messaging privacy
If you voluntarily opt in, we may send transactional text messages about your booking, driver or vehicle assignment, arrival status, schedule changes, cancellations, payment links or payment status, and customer-service matters. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of booking.
Mobile information and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers that help us deliver requested communications or transportation services, subject to appropriate restrictions.
Payments and service providers
Secure payment links and payment processing may be provided by Square. Mapping, email, hosting, and messaging services may be provided by vendors such as Google, Hostinger, and Telnyx. Their processing of information is governed by their own privacy terms as well as our service arrangements.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand general website activity, such as pages visited, device types, approximate geographic area, referral sources, and interactions with our booking pages. This information helps us improve the website and evaluate advertising. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not use analytics data to sell customer information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct your basic contact information or stop nonessential communications. Text-message consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. To receive help, reply HELP or contact us directly.
